Dexcom G6 in Easter mood

It is the second day of the holiday. At the Easter table I spared myself a lot. Baked white sausage with tartar sauce made by Aunt, vegetable salad and legs. Finally, a pate and a board of cold cuts. And oh, I can’t forget the world’s best mazurka made by my Mom 🙂

In Dexcom results without significant changes. Compared to the previous fourteen-day period, the results even worsened slightly. All because of two clogged drains. In any case, the average of the last days was 164 mg/dl. The standard deviation showed 62 mg/dl. Glycated hemoglobin rose to 7.2%. Time in range like magic is 50%. 37% of the time was spent with high sugars. The highest hyperglycemia lasted 9% of the time, which is much higher than before. Hypoglycemia was 3%. Very low sugar <1% so SUPER.

I spent 100% of the time with the sensor. There were no breaks in the signal. The sensor and transmitter worked all the time. Yesterday, the sensor stopped working. The transmitter is valid until the end of the month. Next purchases will include both. I am no longer able to be diabetic without Dexcom. The value of this system is invaluable especially in cases of hypoglycemia. The warning signal of a downward trend in blood glucose levels eliminates the occurrence of diabetic complications. The same goes for high sugar. It is worth investing in it – investing in health.
