Dexcom One+ how to combine with Dexcom Clarity?

I have swapped the CGM Dexcom G6 for Dexcom One+ for some time now. The latter is cheaper, simpler to use. I have the right alarms, which are enough for me. It works for 10 days, and then the grace period of 11 hours kicks in, after which you already have to put on a new sensor.

The Dexcom One+ is integrated with the sensor which means that we have the sensor and the sensor in one housing. Application to the body is trivial. According to my experience, the failure rate is also much lower.

How do I connect Dexcom One+ with Dexcom Clarity software when using a dedicated Dexcom One+ reader rather than the app on my phone?

First of all, my OPPO Reno 6Pro 5G phone is not compatible with the Dexcom One+ app. Even on GitHub I could not find a clear thread about patches. Only combining with the installation of additional libraries and other wonders.

And the instructions are simple.

After creating a Dexcom account over the Internet and logging into the Dexcom website to your patient account, we will be able to download the application, titled: “Dexcom Uploader”.

You need to download the app and install it. If your antivirus program brings up a message that it has blocked a file from an unknown source then add an exception and let the installation file run.
After installation, the program will start running in the background.

The next step is to connect the Dexcom One+ reader to a computer via USB-C. Being in the Dexcom application you will see the option to download data from the reader. You confirm and wait for a message to finish downloading the results.

From now on, Dexcom Clarity will display the results. This solution does not download real-time results to Clarity. In order to have up-to-date data in Clarity, it is necessary to repeat the download operation periodically.
This procedure is worth performing, for example, before visiting a diabetologist so that the doctor can read and interpret the results.

I am satisfied because the GMI of 90 days was 6.9%.

Greetings,
m.
