Diabetics, take care of your feet

How important it is to take care of proper sugars to a diabetic I don’t have to explain. A few days ago I received the test results. A glycated hemoglobin of 7% may not be bad, however, this did not keep me from certain problems.

I have been struggling with fungal lesions on my left toe nail for over a year. I do not use special varnishes very regularly. For this reason, I cannot cure it. Getting rid of such lesions is a long process, according to my dermatologist. He assumes it could take at least another year.

The skin of diabetics is much more vulnerable to damage. It is also usually very dry. We should regularly use moisturizing creams. I really like the products of the Polish brand Medmess. I recommend taking a look at their offerings. In my opinion, their foot creams are among the best available on the domestic market. They absorb very well, the skin becomes supple and smooth.

Using specialized cosmetics, let’s take care of our feet. Let’s protect them and use proper socks and comfortable shoes. I recommend bamboo socks. They are pressure-free and provide adequate air circulation.
