So there I have it. The day before yesterday I once again went out to ride my bike. I got up at five in the morning. By six o’clock I had already covered several kilometers. It was cold. There was rime on the ground. I didn’t put on a turtleneck and felt it blowing into my exposed neck. And now I’m sitting in front of the computer snotty and coughing.
A while ago I checked Dexcom Clarity. I’m holding the average. I’m happy because my glycated hemoglobin dropped 0.5 percent in a few days. What worries me are the results in the high glycemic range. The diet is still not worked out. On top of that, temptations for something sweet are too frequent. I really like bottled iced coffee, for example, and it is known how sweet it is.
Comforting is the time in the lowest range. Here clearly the situation has improved since I started using the Dexcom G6. I need to get into closed-loop preparation. According to its users, their glycemia has improved significantly.
I describe the condition as good. Apart from diabetes, nothing serious ails me. I am overcoming a small fungus on my toenail. Unfortunately, it was not without strong medication, but the effect is satisfactory. The plan for the next few days? I’m hoping that the cold will pass as soon as possible, and the beautiful weather will continue. Definitely a bicycle but not at six in the morning with a temperature of zero degrees. Whenever I look into Dexcom Clarity I promise myself improvement. And eventually it will happen. Greetings.
