Diabetes in Hel. Performed by Dexcom G6 and Huawei Health

From 9.09 to 11.09 I was in Jastarnia with my Family. All week they trumpeted that Armageddon, typhoons (somewhere) and other mischief, and the weather was fine and perfect for walks.

The sea was humming just the way I like it. In general, I would love to live by the sea. 10 on Saturday we explored old Jastarnia. Sentiment, I have been going there since the early nineties. In the port of the National Defense League I passed all the sailing patents. Sailing on the bay is an unforgettable, adventurous memory.

We were at the marina, the LOC and, of course, at the harbor heads.

We covered more than 10,000 steps. Unfortunately, the Huawei Health system only recorded the transition from the quarters to the port. Later it did a Pause and forgot to resume it.

Anyway, after the trip the app awarded us a medal for 10,000 steps taken in one day 🙂 For me, a feat. The Dexcom G6, which I bought especially for the trip that day, presented good results until lunch.

We had lunch at the wonderful fish fryer Kaper. The table was loaded with flounder ( for me), two pikeperch with side dishes, several rolmops and herring in cream. All in all, I give 5 stars – place lickety-split.

Sunday was the last day of the stay. The beach, some souvenirs for the youngest, kite launching, and the wind was perfect. Sunday was so nice that there were even wicker baskets on the beach.

A great trip, health boosted, and what, until next time: ahoy!
