The way of the diabetic

Yesterday, Jaroslaw Jerry Gilewicz was a guest on MojaCukrzyca.org. He talked interestingly about the disease, about technical innovations. He has been ill for 25 years. He acquired diabetes at a very young age. He mentioned student life. It is well known how life was back then. After 22 years of illness, diabetes attacked his eyes. He is now struggling with glaucoma and has vision problems. Terrible case.

This interview made me go back in time myself and recall my life. Also, it was quite upscale. Even now I don’t know if the consequences of not paying attention in the past will hiccup in a few years when I reach the right age. It’s hard for me to realize how much with diabetes you have to take care of yourself.

I have a pump, I eat normally. All in all, only from the hospital do I know what dark bread tastes like. I’m just not fond of him. So the diet is lacking, with movement poor. Hemoglobin acceptable.

However, it is necessary to keep in the back of one’s mind at all times what can threaten us. Every move is important. Each episode like a butterfly can then grow to the size of a major problem. So you have to think, and start making changes today.
